Role Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our automation processes and infrastructure, ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of our systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automation tools and techniques, as well as experience in managing cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation processes for efficient deployment and management of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our software products.
  • Monitor and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline the development and deployment processes.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the integrity of our systems and data.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and automation technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or Shell.
  • Experience in managing and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of networking and security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Location & Workplace Type:

This position takes on a Hybrid working model based in London, UK.
