Fortinet Cloud Engineer (Current SC Required)

We are seeking a skilled Fortinet Cloud Engineers with expertise in network configuration, security, and automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and managing Fortinet products within a DevOps environment, focusing on automating and optimizing deployment and configuration processes for network and security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Management: Configure, deploy, and manage Fortinet devices (e.g., FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager) to support secure and scalable environments.
  • Automation: Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for Fortinet network services using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Network Security: Implement and manage security policies, firewall rules, and VPNs to ensure network integrity and security in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Fortinet configuration and management.

Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD practices.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience with version control (Git) and continuous integration pipelines.

Network and Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall management, VPNs, and best security practices.
