Job Description:
 

  • Develop and Enhance Offerings: Drive the development and enhancement of new and existing DevOps offerings within our delivery domain.
  • Lead Generation: Take charge of generating leads for the DevOps offerings, contributing to the growth and expansion of our capabilities.
  • Network Leadership: Lead a network of subject matter experts and champions, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
  • Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with pre-sales teams to identify and develop DevOps opportunities, playing a crucial role in expanding our business.
  • Customer Project Support: Support the delivery of customer projects, ensuring the successful implementation of DevOps and Build capabilities.
  • Internal Training: Contribute to internal training initiatives, sharing your expertise to empower team members and enhance overall proficiency.
  • Partner Management: Manage DevOps partnerships effectively, ensuring collaborative success and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in design and implementation of DevOps practices, providing strategic guidance on DevOps adoption and, with a proven track record of leading DevOps teams.
  • Capable of hands-on leadership, diagnosing complex issues, and playing a leading role in software/platform/application architectural evolution.
  • Extensive programming experience with a background in supporting business sites, software, and applications in a production and support capacity.
  • Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow DevOps, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, BitBucker, JFrog, as well as frameworks such as IT4IT, ITIL4, and Agile methods.
  • Desirable qualifications/certifcations in DevOps / Kubernetes / AWS / Azure / GCP / Hashicorp or similar
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one or more of the most widely used Infrastructure as Code (IoC) tools available, or know their strengths and use cases
